A King's Invitation

During the first Trade summit for over three hundred years there was a surprise invitation to visit Emperor Borton Morr's land of Pillai. The people had been secure behind its walls for centuries and no one truly knew whether the ancient tales of barbarous practices were true.
A contingent of elves from both Nations accepted and it would seem cemented relations with Pillai. This cementing was partly down to the two nations joining forces to deal with Beast Attacks that were apparently caused by Bettenoir.
There were also indications of slave trading occurring within its borders something that the Emperor has tried to stamp out.
The following years have seemed to strengthen the bonds between Pillai and the Elven Nations as War erupted with the Wild lands. Though who the Emperor favours within the later split after the Declaration of Independence is unknown though rumours suggest it may lie with their immediate neighbours of Dalcimeer rather than the distant, in more ways that one, Elves of Nadarr
