History
Dalcimeer is an Elven colony surrounded by the countries Helvettia, Kahzara, Equil and Pillai. The land is currently ruled over by the democratically elected ruler for life Kalia Nesquidarr.All armed forces are controlled by her brother, Villerr Nesquidarr. It has recently declared its independence from its homeland, Nadarr,changing the way it trades and interacts with other countries.

Dalcimeer was the first attempt at a proper elven colony. Though still aloof they tend to be more social towards humans especially their allies.
