A group of raiders originally led by Harl Skullcrusher. It is believed his hatred of the elves is what led him to lead a raid into Dalcimeer and attack villages along the border, including Ash. The elves respoded with force and decimated the group and killing Harl Skullcrusher.
There has been recent activity of the group showing it was not truly destroyed. A small band was raiding a merchants travelling to and from Dalcimeer. Their base was an abandoned temple in some woods near to the village of Ash. An unknown group of adventurers discovered this and managed to disperse the group.
Despite this the group are still around and are behind numerous small raids in other countries. They seem to be the group behind tales of Ghost Raiders and spectral horses. A new tactic from a new leader Kravik Harstall and his second in command Godo
