Centre of knowledge in Kahzara and home to the Nuer Frover library, the largest remaining collection of magical knowledge from before the great war.
Any of the residents of Nuer Frover will tell you that demons patrol the walls and that none who have ever attempted to steal from the library have survived.
None the less there was a a successful break in and theft a short while ago, though Kahzaran Librarians claim that nothing was actually stolen
