Dalcimeer diplomatic representative to Equil. Very flamboyant was fond of throwing parties and attending local functions. Most felt that the choice of such a representative was showing how the Dalcimeer Elves truly felt about Equil.
Was arrested over the death of Transport Minister Citizen Gilstone as shown by this release.
Statement issued by Citizen Thaddeus Bane, Secretary for the Diplomatic Affairs Ministry
"The Equil Council yesterday declared Dalcimeer Ambassadorial Citizen Sisko Opet a Potential Contemptible for his activities transgressing diplomatic norms in Equil and ordered him to quit forthwith. He was detained by the Council Knights and, upon confirmation of his Immunity Status, subsequently released into the custody of the Dalcimeer Embassy in Equil. The Under Secretary for the Diplomatic Affairs Ministry Citizen Shado Hark, on behalf of the beleaguered Ambassador, firmly protested this action and informed that Ambassadorial Citizen Opet will only become a Full Contemptible after the proper official investigation due to the Equillonian Immunity Act. The Equil Council will convene to review and declare an ultimatum for when the investigation should be over and if the Ambassadorial Citizen is asked to leave the country he must leave Equil within ten days. The Equillonian Diplomatic Affairs Ministry and the Council Knights have worked together to neutralise the transgressing activities. Citizen Kaine expressed his appreciation for the professional and effective efforts made by both groups to investigate and resolve this case."
He was later released as was discovered was framed for the murder by The Alternate Living Front.
Eventually after much diplomatic argument Opet was placed on a ship heading back to Dalcimeer. The ship never reached the country and the whereabouts of Sisko are unknown though it is assumed he is dead.
