Stinkpots (usually used by O'Talag Pirates) are small clay pots filled with plant gums and rotten fish that are lit and thrown onto the deck of a enemy vessel, the smoke acts as a kind of crude form of tear gas, the fumes can overwhelm the victims' desire to fight by vomiting themselves into submission.
