Former ruler of Brindle. Xelec was a high priest of Dariss until he became host to the Avatar Soore. Xelec took over control of the county after the 50 year war and saw it's greatest decline.
Xelec was eventually killed when the existance of Soore came to light.
How long Xelec was under the influence of Soore is not known.
