God of Love

Imogen is the goddess of love and fertility.
After the goddess Tempress turned against her fellow deities and created the World of Tempress, each of the six remaining gods, often referred to as the prime deities, chose to take up an aspect of life to watch over. Imogen chose love and fertility.

Worshipers

As with all deities, the worshipers of Imogen come in a variety of forms.
There are many aspects of love, all of which represented by Imogen, and these elements, passion, adoration, platonic love, envy, lust, infatuation and many more, are reflected in her worshipers.
Clerics of Imogen are well known for talking through issues with their congregation. They are often proficient with healing magic, and divine spells, but believe expressing emotions is the key to fixing all problems. These clerics are about learning the art of self acceptance and appreciation of the many qualities that make each and every one of us special.
Paladins of Imogen are typically highly noble, devout and good warriors. They fight to protect, but, unlike many paladins following other deities, choosing to forgive and befriend enemies is often seen as the loving way.
Imogen is often worshiped by farmers hoping for her blessing on their crops or couples eager to conceive a child.
Many followers of Imogen worship their god with a narrow selection of the emotions she represents, namely desire and lust. As such, Imogen is frequently considered the patron of brothels, whores and escorts. Such professionals are often expected to visit the church of Imogen regularly to ensure they are free from disease.
For our Into the Wilds D&D games, you can have a character of any class follow the Piety Path - Imogen, in order to get the Goddess of Love's favour.
