Great Green
From Into the Wilds Wiki
- Far to the north of the mountain pass, past Briudor and Nantgarth, the Great Green stretches an immense distance. The trees inside are far bigger than any natural growth and the air seems to glow with a green hue. The woods has a healthy, mossy smell.
- The Lord of the Hunt patrols this area. He works for the Bear King. He has a beard and green eyes, and a spear and bow infused with green magic. His head is covered with a cowl with antler horns affixed above. Leather vambracers with leather ties are upon their arms. He rides a black horse and is tailed by shadow hounds.
- Mordon lived within the forest.
- The forest has a low-level magical aura.
- The king is often known as the Bear King or ‘The Bear’. The queen is known as the queen of night and magic. The Bear King is of the green and the queen is of the shadows.
- When Gartok communes with nature and speaks with the entity he knows as The Bear, he is informed that the Bear King will not allow Gartok to leave the forest. He does not want the bear to roam free.
