History

The island of Nadarr is home of the elves and, according to their history, the home of the first life on Tempress. Nadarr prefers to keep its distance from the other nations, believing it's own populace to been the oldest race and therefore the purest. Purity and family distinction is of high importance to the elves of Nadarr. There are eight Elven Houses, or families, which act as the ruling bodies for Nadarr.
For this reason, the establishment of the new elven colony on the mainland, Dalcimeer, was a surprise to all the other nations. Kalia Nesquidarr, a figurehead for the military Nesquidarr family, acts as leader for this new nation.
On the island of Nadarr, King Myloch is loved by his own people. This is not true of all the elves on the mainland. Myloch remains steadfast in his belief that these elves have simply been corrupted by humans and less moral elves.

Background

Nadarr, the elven homeland, is a beautiful land of forest and plains. All of the civilised areas are at one with nature and the elves live in harmony with the land before returning to the elements when they die.
King Myloch Finriss-Ethica Myste is the first king in eons to interface with the world outside Nadarr, realising the outside world could effect the future of his people. He is a strong believer in tradition and the facts gained from the histories only serve to make his direction for the good of the elves. The king has formed strong bonds with various countries in the past, such as Chevel and Pillai. History has shown this king that the humans, and some of the other races of this world, have placed, and continue to place, the future of the elves and their spirits in jeopardy; thus, to win his ear and backing a show of true worth is required.
Many consider King Myloch and the elves from Nadarr to be hostile and racist, particularly to those who have mixed elven blood.

Elven Culture

Above all other countries, Nadarr works diligently to uphold the traditions of elven culture. There are unspoken rules which the civilised follow, often reffered to as the Elven Motto.

Myste-Hass

It was King Myloch who initiated the first settlement on the new continent, rebuilding the ancient ruins and renaming the city Myste-Hass in honour of his own family. However, the arrival of other settlers from mainland Tempress have caused the city to grow at an exponential rate, marring the landscape in a manner Myloch finds displeasing and polluting the new continent with those of mixed blood. Something will have to be done.
