Alnuf Zub

Alnuf was a murder victim which the adventurers investigated to find his killer.

Alnuf's throat appeared to have been gashed with a jagged weapon on the northern side of the Temple of the People. There was not a lot of blood, and it was possible he was killed elsewhere and moved.

Research led the adventurers to his home. It was a small house in town, in the eastern quarter - not far from the Elven Quarter. The third house on Kalia Way]]. Alnuf had been doing work for the Temple of Peridot He was a mage.

His body was found by two Helvettians - Zedaous and centurion Poltis. They found some small Jade Beads in his hands. He'd sold a number of these beats to Perfect Glass.

Alnuf was researching and cataloguing the undead for the Temple of Peridot at a graveyard just out of town.

In the eastern side of the city Myste-Hass there is a graveyard, here they find Alnuf has crawled from his grave, into a crypt nearby.

Alnuf’s house was being occupied by a female vampire who claimed to be his wife and her goliath companion - which was actually the ancient vampire from beneath the pyramid.

Alnuf's Research

Dismortium - a type of ghoul that carries around plague. When it kills a victim, it kills and dismembers them and drags the body around after it with a third arm. It constructs a mask from its victims which is supposed to be terrifying to even the bravest warriors. These creatures are created by necromancers.
