Harbinger, Dramos, Gartok, Corym and Bear gather at the Tower of Dariss with many of the survivors keen to return to the ruined streets of Myste-Hass, after the resurrection of Lorey.
The prisoners with no tongues and hands are still at the Tower of Dariss with the crew that helped them, awaiting to come to Myste-Hass later.
Dramos scrys on Andro who is readying to head back to town.
Dramos scrys on Boro and Benadictor, but sees nothing.
Dramos seeks out Sten, he is sitting beneath a tree. He is extremely pessimistic and nostalgic of Milvere. He explains that the reason Myste-Hass was settled was to provide resources for the mainland. He imagines a wall across the Northern Pass, the entire plain converted to farmland and several new harbours. "There are two qualities necessary for a leader - the respect of the people, and the ability to use force and be ruthless when required."
Sten says that he will only run the town if there is an election and the people choose him. There will be changes and many people will not like the changes. But often, people don't like the stuff that is best for them.
The alternative is to get on a boat and sail off to do know who knows what. He would serve though, if there was an opportunity to prevent the same happening again. We will need armed forces, the militia.
Sten says - "I will head back to town today and decide what I do tomorrow."
Only five helvettians are alive to return to Myste-Hass.
Quintus and his unit are still MIA.
Between fifty and a hundred people set off back to Myste-Hass.
Dramos and Gartok cut away from the group to check on Gartok’s Hut. They meet Bear on the way and, since he's a goliath, bond a little on appreciation of bears.
The cabin door is pushed ajar. Leaves have blown in. Someone has been in here and clearly searched the place, knocking things over and pulling down some of his items.
Gartok digs up his hidden chest. He then reburies it.
Altibo arrives and Harbinger asks him to fly him up onto the Myste-Hass gates. He dives, even though Harbinger makes him promise not too.
A tiefling wearing a short-sleeve white shirt and leather jacket greets the group. He has a reddish-purple hue, two long, grey horns. Goraz is his name and he claims that he is not from the town originally, but is purposely vague as to where he is from and when he arrived. He claims that he has been learning about movers and shakers.
Corym asks the helvettians to gather people and meet at The Halls.
The watch are patrolling the streets. They have been staying in the Militia Barracks.
A couple of stalls are open again, selling food. Caster's Pouch has a sign that says Stonewall's Pouch. Offensive Defence is boarded up.
There is a distant scream, far to the south.
People start to gather. They are fearful of Gartok and Bear. Geoffrey is at the gathering. Corym approaches him. Geoffrey is missing his right hand. He was trying to keep a low profile, moving amongst the people dressed in their uniform. He was interrogated. He didn't give them anything though. He passed out.
Geoffrey mentions that a group of people, now taken control of Caster's Pouch, were a little forceful about their right to claim reward for their part in taking back the city.
They talk about Father Howell being alive and well.
A few folks are going out on smaller boats to collect fish for food, but something under the water has been harassing the groups.
Geoffrey notes that Goraz was very quick to arrive and get a group of followers immediately. He seems to have done nothing wrong, but he was quick to assert his influence.
The outside of The Halls are soot stained and blackened. Lots of the furniture has been picked up.
A man in The Halls says that Goraz has been organising people on the outskirts of town. Boro is sat in a chair. Boro has been tortured and answered questions in a way that he felt minimise the damage. He lied where he could, exaggerated and misled. Often, the best thing is to offer some of the truth to cover the lie.
There is an individual called Dooraz mobilising the fisher folk and capitalising on the food. He is implementing a toll for using the gate towards the Southern Docks. Geoffrey has been trying to mobilise the militia.
Boro would forgive Sten. He was collared.
Boro says, "Ravaran had some people that were able to change their appearance, just in case they're not all gone."
Geoffrey has five individuals, some were militia, others good individuals, operating from a small building.
The adventurer call Geoffrey aside, he was distracted because Altibo has been causing a scene making people stand in an orderly line outside the meat stand.
Geoffrey declines the offer to become leader of the town, worried it will hurt Father Howell. He does agree in training Edwin to martial the militia.
We propose a council - Geoffrey, as head of the militia, Law Master Boro, Andro, as stand in Hall Master, Bear, Corym, Goraz and the man at the docks, Dooraz - a temporary measure before democratic elections.
The Market Place is packed as the group emerges. The crowd claps in gratitude. Dramos casts thaumaturgy

"People of Myste-Hass, we have returned and are looking to form an emergency council. We seek to return law and order, to pull the people of Myste-Hass together. We will look to return commerce, food and trade. People with grievances will be able to come to The Halls and air their peace. Decisions will be made. We have the stone and timbre to repair what is needed. We will return property to those who have a rightful claim, where there is dispute decision will be made. All people and races are to be treated with respect. There is discontent and mistrust towards those who wore gold collars. They were not fully in control. They will still walk among you, we will not tolerate harm. If there is anyone who wishes to go against the initial laws and rules, you have an opportunity to leave. We will do our best, and when law and order is restored, we will then start leaning to a different way of leading. You will have a say in who leads."

Geoffrey asks to accompany the group down to the Southern Docks in order to ensure the man is treated correctly.
The meat wagon offers complimentary mixed meat as the adventurers pass.
Gordo stops the group at the gates to the Southern Docks. He sends a messenger to retrieve Dooraz, on behalf of the council of Myste-Hass.
There are six triremes of Helvettian nature out at sea, patrolling at spaced distances across the harbour.
Gordo had never met Dooraz before the Sack of Myste-Hass. He just helped when anarchy broke out after the city was reclaimed. He says they get fish, parcel it up and send it on carts into the Market Place for free.
There was some issue to do with a monster in the water. Something was pulling boats onto the rocks, near the Myste-Hass Lighthouse.
Lymo approaches the group. He tries to calm the adventurers who are growing extremely impatient after being made to wait.
The Weary Sailor is a burnt out shell. Lymo says rude words to Gartok and is grabbed by the neck. The man spouts words about military rule and tyrants. A tiefling, Starfinder says hello form a table nearby.
A man approaches. A humanoid, with a slight pointed ear, greyish skin, cleanly shaven, with bright blue and workers clothes. He says that he knew this time would come. He thanks the group for liberating the town, even into the chaos it is.
He restored order in the Southern Docks by compelling some people to do some limited violence to scare people into behaving.
Dooraz stopped people coming into the Southern Docks, precured workers for boats and began the turn over of food. He denies taking money of people for entering the docks.
The Helvettians are trying to diplomatically lay claim to Myste-Hass, offering protection. They seem different from other Helvettians. They have gone back to their ships.
High Priestess and Hootie snoop around the docks and listen to the conversations.
Dooraz wants an elected council, but he is afraid us. He seemed very reluctant to join the council alongside Goraz, who Dooraz believes keeps his cards hidden.
Dooraz is being truthful, but keeping something hidden.
He promises to have another council member in accordance if he talks to the helvettians. But, he refuses to relax rules on the Southern Docks until the first council meeting.
He takes us to a warehouse, filled with fish and carts. A group of people follow at a distance. There are people packing the entire warehouse into barrels and onto the carts.
The workers are frightened that the adventurers are going to cause confrontation. One of the guys at the side is fan worshipping Dramos. They need more carts. Rasvyn determines Dooraz's thoughts are completely blank.
The sailors were talking of krakens, mermaids and wrecked ships beneath the water.
Gartok and Bear take barrels and distribute fish amongst the people.
The adventurers then head to the Western Docks. It is packed here, with money changing hands, a ques of boats and deliveries of food and stuff.
A barrier has been built between the Southern Docks and Western Docks, with a couple of men armed with crossbows on the walls.
Gartok has a conversation with Pelis. Rasvyn tries to convince him to work in the Southern Docks, but he says that they won't employ him there. He agrees to report back to Rasvyn about the goings on in the Southern Docks for gold.
Starfinder and Bear head into The Dregs. Starfinder finds out from the tavern keep that food is in short supply. Stoney says he's looking to create a stranglehold on businesses since the Sack of Myste-Hass. He claims that he was almost sleeping on the streets and then a silent partner pushed him in this direction.
One of the sailors says that he will be going out everyday and fishing, he says that all they got was a small ship when the enemy were run off because the boats were either destroyed or used to escape on.
There was a fortune teller with no gift at all. She had her hands and tongue removed, then thrown into the drink.
Starfinder casts cause fear on one of the sailors and demands he tells him everything he knows, every rumour, every threat. He says Morthel is an elf and was running the elven quarter. There is a furry creature in the Sewers that jumps out and attacks people in the night. He can't stand puppets. All the sailors are independent but paying their money to a group, called The Torch, who are angry they are not making enough money. They get a cut from every business.
Morthel had a warehouse on the eastern side packed up, stacked with cube-like jelly things.
Outside, the others purchase stuff from a street vendor - Pig Buns. They have some people who are going out to the wilderness to get some goods.
Goraz approaches the others outside. He claims that he likes to keep things clear and not speak infernal.
The adventurers return to the Market Place to see a cart full of empty barrels heading back to the Southern Docks.
At The Halls, the party speak with Andro confirming the Council of Myste-Hass and encouraging a swift meeting.
Gartok turns into a cat and heads to the Southern Docks to check out the fish warehouse. Not all the fish is gone, but the workers are still trying to shift the fish. Even though its late, they say the situation has changed and they've got to move the fish.
Gartok overhears that Dooraz has put up a bunch of the helvettians in warehouses, but, as a cat, he is unable to find them.
Starfinder begs us to think about how were causing fear to everyone around us. Then he leaves, as he does, he sees a man unconscious in a puddle. His front is a mess of gore. A flick of movement reveals a huge wolf-headed, furred creature. It launches at Starfinder, munching him to unconsciousness.
Rasvyn, Harbinger, Dramos and Bear follow High Priestess through the streets, seeing Starfinder dying. Rasvyn heals him through life transference.
The lasts remembers being in bed and heard someone coming up the stairs, then can't remember anything else. She has blond hair and brown eyes, tanned skin - Yanif's daughter.
Starfinder's neck looks completely fine. Rasvyn has a bite on his neck. We take the group to the Temple of Imogen. Engaro emerges from the back room. He examines the two bitten individuals. There is a muffled cry form the back room who Engaro claims is a reluctant patient. He says that Rasvyn wields an obscene amount of power within his small form. Engaro says there is something dark within Starfinder. He removes the causes.
Yanif's daughter is trueborn lycanthrope. Engaro is going to look after the girl.
Gartok goes to the Temple of Alaie and rests in the room with the moonlight.
